About our Founder
I started my journey in property at a development finance lender. After a few months of learning the ropes I managed loans from inception, throughout the completion process and beyond to manage the lifetime of the schemes. Projects ranged from a £500k development exit bridge, up to £70m restructuring of a care home portfolio. My bread and butter was mid sized developments (average of £24m), consistently delivering profitable schemes for seasoned pros.
I took a year out and worked in the trades in Australia and quickly worked out that when you're building for other people, there is a lot of graft for not much reward.
So I started in brokerage to specifically help building contractors and professionals use smart financing to become full time developers. I want to help people get off the tools and build a life of better income and freedom to work when they want and spend more time with family.
